I always wanted to work in a technology company and back in 2011 I could see my dream come true. My superior became my mentor, and because he always shared his vision with me and we always acted as a team, I found in my work unprecedented satisfaction. I joined SII Romania as a recruiter, focused on matching the best talent with our technology projects. During the years I realized I am equally passionate about sales, and when I was given the opportunity to join the Key Account team, I immediately accepted. I am now in charge of connecting our people and our clients desires, bringing the most out of each situation, and always acting in their best interest.

I was granted the opportunity to be a pioneer of the Engineering Competence Center and extend our expertise in the Automotive industry. We are now managing 11 projects for leading automotive companies. And I am most proud to be part of a fantastic team: young, smart people with a true passion for technology.

I am always there when our colleagues need to solve any HR related aspect in the shortest and efficient way. I take each of their requests as a challenge for finding the best solution and getting another issue off their minds.
